PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL

Would you like to participate in the creation of this new edition of the festival?

Organising and bringing to life a festival is a great endeavour. We could not do this without the help of our wonderful volunteers.

Creating the set, production, public relations, information, safety and security…

FUTURE VOLUNTEER TEAMS 2024

We are looking for volunteers in these specific areas for our FOCUS festival.

– SAFETY AND SECURITY – be the first responder for events relating to safety and security.
– DECORATION – help with the construction, installation and breakdown of the décor for the event.
– PUBLIC RELATIONS – help direct the patrons during the festival at the entrance and at strategic spots on the festival grounds or/and parking area.
– GREEN COMMITTEE – be the eyes on site to encourage green practices. Help direct the patrons to the recycling and waste management bins.
– PARKING – management of paid parking.
All of our volunteers will be working together to provided a seamless event for the guest participating in the festival.

WHAT TO KNOW AS A VOLUNTEER

– Some of the jobs will require for you to be standing for 5-7 hours a day and to be lifting heavy items. During the event, some of the volunteer posting will be on the mountain. It is therefore important to be in good physical condition for some of the positions. Please write us at benevolat.focusfest@gmail.com for more information. Finally, we prioritize volunteers available for the 3-day Festival or more.

VOLUNTEER BENEFITS

-Volunteers for the 3 days will receive a free 3-day pass for the festival.
– You will be provided with a festival t-shirt.
– During your volunteer shift, you will get a voucher for a free drink for the entirety of the festival.
– All volunteers can participate in a draw, by team to win a variety of gifts provided by our partners and sponsors(depending on the stock).
